Adult Move and Groove
We Welcome Adults to the Powerhouse Dance Family
Our adult programs will center around Dance and aerobics in a safe and non judgmental environment where adults can learn, grow, keep active and are offered to anyone 18 years and older.
Powerhouse Dance Complex offers Zumba, Move and Groove Fitness, Tap, Hip Hop and Jazz classes. Drop in classes in multiple other styles will also be offered throughout the year.
